Training Centre Crescendo is a customer-oriented organisation active in providing training for, among others, Construction, Infra, Logistics and Team or Personal Disc coaching. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a friendly and accurate operator with administrative skills.

Job description

As a switchboard operator, you are the first point of contact for our customers, suppliers and visitors. You ensure a professional and hospitable reception, both by phone and at the reception desk. In addition, you support the organisation with light administrative tasks.

What will you do?

  • Answering and transferring incoming phone calls
  • Welcoming visitors and looking after the reception desk
  • Managing the general mailbox
  • Archiving and processing documents
  • Ordering office and canteen supplies.
  • Assist with simple administrative tasks (such as data entry, copying, scanning)

Who are we looking for?

  • You have at least MBO working and thinking level
  • You have good communication skills
  • You are representative, customer-friendly and stress-resistant
  • You can work well with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • You work accurately and independently
