We are looking for a curriculum and test developer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that our learning pathways match the learning objectives and that tests are reliable, valid and challenging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your duties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Developing, editing and updating teaching materials (online and offline).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishing learning objectives and learning outcomes aligned with curriculum or training frameworks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and development of test questions, exams and evaluation tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring a good balance between knowledge, skills and application in teaching.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with instructors, content experts and educationists.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse test results and implement improvements where necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Graduate degree, preferably in education science, didactics or a relevant field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in developing teaching materials and\/or tests is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of assessment (including validity, reliability, caesura).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong writing skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creative in translating content into understandable and engaging learning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We offer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A challenging position in a dynamic working environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possibility of hybrid working.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Space for professional development and training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A market-based salary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enthusiastic team and short lines of communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Interested?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you recognise yourself in this profile and would you like to contribute to high-quality education?
