Our team coaching focuses on teams with their supervisor.
We supervise not only the group, but also precisely the cooperation between team members and manager(s).
So no separate leadership programmes, but collaborative leadership from the whole team.

We strengthen ownership and encourage self-organisation: what the team can pick up themselves, we also organise together with the team.
This is how we support support support, commitment and better results.
Our focus is on collaboration, not on implementing self-organisation as an organisational model.
That is something for later - when the team and the organisation are both ready for it themselves.
We see it as further implementation of good cooperation.
