All holders of a TCVT certificate for the Mobile Tower Crane, Auto Loader Crane, Telehandler, Earthmoving Machine or Mobile Crane.

What else you need to know:

To keep TCVT papers up-to-date, it is important to take four refresher training modules within five years of the certificate being valid. These modules are usually offered in duo form on one day, e.g. AB and CD.

Importantly, the first in-service training should be taken within the first three years of the certificate's validity. The second refresher training within the last two years of the certificate's validity.
For example: certificate is issued on 1-1-2019, first refresher training must take place before 1-1-2022, second refresher training must take place before 1-1-2024.

In addition, a distinction is made between general and foundation training.
The foundation refresher training is for operators with a foundation certificate, FMG/FMK.
The general in-service training is for machinist with the other certificates.

Example:
I am a machinist with an FMG certificate → Foundation retraining.
I am a machinist with an MTK certificate → General in-service training.
I am a machinist with an MTK certificate and an MK certificate → General in-service training.
I am a machinist with an MK certificate and an FMG certificate → Foundation retraining.
