About the job
As Code95 instructor You provide practical and theory lessons for professional drivers. You ensure that they comply with refresher training requirements and continue to develop in terms of driving skills, safety, efficiency and professionalism.
Your duties include:
- Providing practical training (e.g. driving optimisation, defensive driving, load securing).
- Providing classroom theory lessons.
- Guiding drivers in their personal learning goals.
- Reviewing and reporting results.
Who are you?
- You have experience in the transport or logistics sector.
- You have a valid WRM licence or are willing to obtain one.
- You are didactically strong and know how to communicate theory and practice clearly and engagingly.
- You have an affinity for safety, economical driving and professionalising drivers.
- You are flexibly employable (weekdays and/or weekends).
