Are you didactically strong, analytically minded and enjoy developing clear and activating teaching materials? We are looking for a curriculum and test developer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that our learning pathways match the learning objectives and that tests are reliable, valid and challenging.
Your duties
- Developing, editing and updating teaching materials (online and offline).
- Establishing learning objectives and learning outcomes aligned with curriculum or training frameworks.
- Design and development of test questions, exams and evaluation tools.
- Ensuring a good balance between knowledge, skills and application in teaching.
- Collaborate with instructors, content experts and educationists.
- Analyse test results and implement improvements where necessary.
Your profile
- Graduate degree, preferably in education science, didactics or a relevant field.
- Experience in developing teaching materials and/or tests is an advantage.
- Knowledge of assessment (including validity, reliability, caesura).
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
- Creative in translating content into understandable and engaging learning.
