Joop bekam den Fundamentbazillus von seinem Vater, der Maschinist an einem Teleskopkran war. Er begann als Rammarbeiter und wurde bald darauf Maschinist an einer Fundamentierungsmaschine, bevor er sp\u00e4ter Projektleiter wurde. Als Mitglied der Arbeitsgruppe Ausbildung der NVAF ist er seit 1992 in der Aus- und Weiterbildung t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n
